Among many other benefits that ISSS Student and Academic members get, a platform for mentoring and shaping their professional lives is also initiated. As a first step, ISSS had conducted a series of mentoring sessions during the 10th ISSS National Conference at NMAMIT, Nitte Karkala.  More than 50 UG students from various institutions across the country took part in the mentoring session.
