IISc CeNSE is looking for an M. Tech graduate with a minimum of two years of work experience to work on inertial sensor development for space applications. The applicant must know semiconductor fabrication and device packaging technology. The selected candidate will work on the design, fabrication, characterization, and packaging of Silicon- Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) based High-performance Accelerometer (SiMHA). The main focus of the project is the fabrication of the wafer-level hermetically encapsulated sensor structure using a multi-wafer stack silicon fusion bonding process.
